The NCA team is talented and experienced in many areas. Not only do we provide high-quality charter, but we manage aircraft for owners, provide well-trained and safety-oriented pilots, have a wonderful maintenance department, and a full-service detailing department. NCA is committed to providing each individual with a personalized, top-level service based on their needs and wants. Our clients’ safety, time, and money are genuinely important to us.

NCA has two options for aircraft owners:
Part 91 Operations-The aircraft would only be used by the owners/leasors. You would be the only one using your aircraft. The benefit of this option is that you would know everyone on your aircraft.
Part 135 Operations-The aircraft would be put on our charter certificate. When you are not using the aircraft, NCA’s charter team would sell flights on the aircraft. The benefit of charter, is the plane would be earning some money towards the cost of maintenance/ownership.
Both options would include being added to NCA’s fleet maintenance program.

NCA goes above and beyond. While most charter operators can get you where you want to go, NCA’s team is detail-oriented with making sure your needs are met before you even know you have them. At no extra cost other than the direct pricing, the charter team arranges ground transportation, catering, lodging, or any other service you might think of!

Yes! We welcome our furry friends on board. We ask that pets stay on leashes/in their carriers for their safety when in active aircraft areas. If the pet makes a mess (accident, extreme shedding, etc.), then there will be a cleaning charge added to the flight.

We accept credit cards, wire, and check. All new clients must submit payments at least 48 hours prior to the trip. Credit cards incur a 4% processing fee, so we recommend check or wire.

Safety is our top priority. Our team is always monitoring the weather and will notify you if we see a concern for your trip. On a case by case basis, we will work with you to determine if delaying, rescheduling, rerouting, or canceling is your best option. There is no cancelation penalty in the case of weather.

Domestic trips cancelled within 72 hours prior to the trip, a fee of 25% of the original quote will be charged to the customer. 48 hours prior to the trip, a fee of 50% of the quote will be charged; less than 24 hours prior to the trip, 100% of the quote will be charged.
International flights cancelled within 96 hours of the trip will be charged 100% of the quote. If any international flights are cancelled less than 96 hours prior to the trip, a charged 100% of the quote price, plus any international fees incurred during trip preparations.
** Any cancellation of one-way trips will result in a charge of the full amount of the quote price.
** Notification of changes and/or cancellations must be in writing and emailed to charter@flyncatoday.com. NCA has the authority to change departure times for operation reasons at their discretion.

Our aircraft are based at the Anoka County-Blaine Airport (KANE). We frequently operate out of many airports in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Area including, but not limited to Flying Cloud, St. Paul, and MSP.

Yes! We can operate in Canada and the Caribbean as well as the USA.

We manage and operate aircraft both on our part 135 charter certificate and under part 91 for private owners. Our charter fleet includes Pilatus PC-12, King Air 350, and Beechjet 400A aircraft. Our Pilatus is one of the largest charter aircraft (up to 9 passengers) that can safely land on smaller runways, such as Lake Elmo Airport.
