Charter Sales Associate

North Central Aviation is currently seeking a Charter Sales Associate. North Central Aviation is a premier aircraft management and charter company in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area.

The primary responsibility will be coordinating all aspects of new and existing sales and client engagement by:  Generating new business leads from start to finish.  Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential and current clients.  Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.  Collaborate with the Charter Manager to ensure effective communication and coordination.  Utilize current CRM/Scheduling software to track sales activities.  Identify marketing strategies to attract new clients for all areas of NCA.

Citation XL/XLS+ Captain

North Central Aviation is currently seeking a Citation XL/XLS+ pilot. North Central Aviation is an aircraft management and charter company in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area.

The primary responsibility will be flying a Citation XL/XLS+ under part 91 and part 135 while conducting a safe operation within North Central Aviation General Operations Manual and the FAR’s. Normal duties include pre-flight planning, monitoring weather, calculating aircraft performance, filing flight plans, conducting a safe operation of the aircraft, and assisting in keeping the aircraft clean. Candidate will demonstrate exceptional judgment, communication skills, and customer service.
