North Central Aviation is currently seeking a Chief Pilot to add to our management team. North Central Aviation is an aircraft management and Part 135 charter company in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area.
The primary responsibilities will include hiring and managing pilots, managing pilot schedules, maintaining pilot records, and coordinating training and checking events. Candidate will demonstrate exceptional judgment, communication, organizational skills, and customer service. Should have firm knowledge of FAR Parts 61, 91, 119, and 135. This position reports to the Director of Operations.

The primary responsibility will be flying a Pilatus PC-12 under FAA parts 91 and 135 while conducting safe operations within the North Central Aviation General Operations Manual and the Federal Aviation Regulations. Normal duties include but are not limited to: pre-flight planning, monitoring weather, calculating aircraft performance, filing flight plans, filling out and submitting load manifests, conducting safe operation of the aircraft, assist in keeping the aircraft clean, and completing all trip paperwork in a timely manner. Candidate will demonstrate exceptional skills in decision making, communication, and customer service.
