Client Perspectives
In Their Own Words.
Our pilots have been beyond professional, and the ground team is extremely responsive and friendly.
It was amazing as always. Thank you for your flexibility and accommodating last-minute changes.
I was impressed with the work on the seats. They look so much better, and the owner loved them.
The NCA Difference
Why Fly With NCA.
Charter gives back hours. What sets NCA apart is how each trip is run: the right aircraft, one local team, and a dispatcher who plans every leg.
Request a Charter QuoteThe Right Aircraft for the Trip
Citation Excel and XLS jets for speed and range. PC-12 and King Air turboprops for lake country, lodges, and small-town airports. You never pay for range you won't use.
Several Stops, One Day
Visit more than one city and still sleep at home. Our dispatch team plans each leg around your meetings and pilot duty limits.
Four Airports, One Call
Based at Anoka County–Blaine, with departures from MSP, St. Paul Downtown, and Flying Cloud. Leave from whichever is closest to you.
We Operate Our Own Aircraft
Our own crews fly our own fleet under our Part 135 certificate. You always know who's flying you and who maintains the aircraft.
A Local Team That Knows You
Your charter team keeps track of your preferences, from in-flight requests to rental cars and ground transportation, so every trip starts the way you like it.
Detailed by Our Own Team
NCA has its own in-house detailing department. Every aircraft is cleaned and cared for by people who know it, not an outside vendor.
Our Fleet
Four Aircraft. Three Types.
Flown by our own crews. Tell us who's coming, what you're bringing, and where you're headed, and we'll pick the aircraft that fits.

Common Charter Questions.
Quick answers about flying with NCA. For anything else, call our charter team at 651-301-8890.
Call 651-301-8890Is North Central Aviation a charter broker?
No. NCA is an FAA Part 135 direct operator. Our own crews plan and fly trips on our own fleet. When a trip needs an aircraft outside our fleet, we arrange it with a vetted operator and stay your point of contact.
Where is NCA based?
Anoka County–Blaine Airport (KANE), 9877 N Airport Rd NE, Blaine, MN 55449, in the Twin Cities metro.
Which airports and destinations do you serve?
We depart from KANE, Flying Cloud (KFCM), St. Paul Downtown (KSTP), and Minneapolis–St. Paul International (KMSP), and fly throughout the continental United States, Alaska, Canada, and the Caribbean. For trips beyond our fleet's range, we arrange flights worldwide through partner operators.
How soon can I fly?
Wheels up in as little as two hours. For short-notice trips, call 651-301-8890.
How early should I arrive?
Arrive 15 minutes before departure. Flights leave from a private terminal instead of the airline terminal. Bring a REAL ID.
Do I need a membership or jet card?
No. You pay per trip, with no membership fee, no buy-in, no blackout dates, and no hours that expire.
What aircraft do you fly?
Our fleet includes a Pilatus PC-12, a King Air 350, and three Citation 560XLs: an Excel Eagle, an XLS Gen2, and an Excel joining soon.
How are your pilots trained?
Every flight has two pilots, and our pilots complete recurrent training with FlightSafety twice a year. Learn more about our safety approach.
How do I request a charter quote?
