What should I include in a quote request?
Include your departure and arrival airports or cities, travel dates and preferred times, number of passengers, and if the trip is one-way or round trip. Notes about baggage, pets, catering, or ground transportation help us quote the right aircraft the first time.
How quickly will I receive a quote?
Our charter team reviews every request and follows up as quickly as possible. For same-day or urgent trips, call 651-301-8890 and we’ll check aircraft and crew availability while you’re on the phone.
Is North Central Aviation a charter broker?
No. North Central Aviation is an FAA Part 135 direct operator. Your quote comes from the same team that schedules, crews, and operates the flight, so you always know who is responsible for your trip.
What affects the price of a charter flight?
Pricing depends on the aircraft, route, flight time, airport fees, crew requirements, positioning, overnight expenses, and any trip services you request. Every quote is built around your specific itinerary.
Can I bring a pet or request catering?
Pets are welcome on many trips. Let us know about any animals in your request so we can plan for them. Catering and ground transportation can be arranged based on availability and location.
Does requesting a quote commit me to booking?
No. A quote request is not a booking. Your quote lists the departure airport and time, the arrival airport and time, the passengers, the total charter price, and the contract terms. A trip is not reserved until we receive your signed contract and payment.
Where do your charter flights depart from?
Our home base is Anoka County–Blaine Airport (KANE) in the Twin Cities. We fly throughout the continental United States, Alaska, Canada, and the Caribbean, and can pick you up at other airports, depending on aircraft performance, runway length, and airport services. For trips beyond our fleet's range, we arrange flights worldwide through partner operators.
