Confidentiality & Non-Punitive Policy
North Central Aviation is committed to a proactive safety culture. We follow a non-punitive reporting policy so safety information can be shared freely.
Purpose: Reports are used only to reduce risk and protect the aircraft, passengers, and crews in our care.
Systemic focus: We don’t penalize anyone for an honest observation. We look for the underlying causes so the same issue doesn’t happen again.
Discretion: Your identity and the details of your report are protected under our Safety Management System (SMS) procedures.
