What is a Business Travel Assessment?
A look at one of your company's frequent trips flown by charter. You send the itinerary, and our charter team recommends an aircraft, airport options, and approximate flight times, then prepares a trip quote.
What trip details should we send?
Your departure and arrival cities, typical dates and preferred times, how many people travel, and if the trip is one-way, round trip, or multi-stop. Notes about baggage, equipment, or ground transportation help us recommend the right aircraft.
Is North Central Aviation a charter broker?
No. North Central Aviation is an FAA Part 135 direct operator. Your quote comes from the same team that schedules, crews, and operates the flight, so you always know who is responsible for your trip.
Which aircraft could fly our trip?
Our fleet includes the Pilatus PC-12, the King Air 350, and Citation midsize jets, each flown by two pilots. For larger groups or trips beyond our fleet's range, we arrange aircraft through vetted partner operators and stay your point of contact.
What affects the price of a charter flight?
Pricing depends on the aircraft, route, flight time, airport fees, crew requirements, positioning, overnight expenses, and any trip services you request. Every quote is built around your specific itinerary.
Does an assessment commit us to booking?
No. A request is not a booking. Your quote lists the departure airport and time, the arrival airport and time, the passengers, the total charter price, and the contract terms. A trip is not reserved until we receive your signed contract and payment.
Where do your charter flights depart from?
Our home base is Anoka County–Blaine Airport (KANE) in the Twin Cities. We fly throughout the continental United States, Alaska, Canada, and the Caribbean, and can pick you up at other airports, depending on aircraft performance, runway length, and airport services. For trips beyond our fleet's range, we arrange flights worldwide through partner operators.
