What is a Winter Travel Charter Consultation?

A conversation with our charter team about your seasonal trips: a warm-weather getaway, a ski trip, or travel to a seasonal home. We recommend an aircraft and airports for your plans and prepare a trip quote.

Can we bring skis, golf clubs, or extra luggage?

Baggage capacity varies by aircraft and passenger count. Tell us about skis, golf clubs, or oversized items when you request the trip, and we'll recommend the right aircraft.

Can we travel with our pets?

Yes. Tell us the number, type, and size of your pets when you request the trip so we can plan the aircraft and cabin. International trips may require health certificates.

Where can you fly?

Throughout the continental United States, Alaska, Canada, and the Caribbean. Trips to Mexico or overseas are arranged through vetted partner operators.

How far in advance should we book?

Booking earlier gives you more aircraft and schedule options, especially around holidays. For short-notice trips, call 651-301-8890.

What happens if weather affects our flight?

Our crew and operations team monitor weather and airport conditions throughout planning. If conditions affect your trip, we'll discuss alternatives, with safety as the deciding factor.

What do passengers need on the day of the flight?

A REAL ID for every passenger, plus passports and any required travel documents for international trips. Flights depart from an FBO rather than the airline terminal, and all NCA flights are non-smoking.
